The Challah Connection, based in Westport, Connecticut, was started in 1994 as a weekly, subscription service delivering fresh-baked challah to homes and synagogues. In 2002, we expanded our offerings to a full menu of gourmet kosher baked goods, gifts and gift baskets, serving the Jewish community.
How we have expanded!
We offer our sophisticated customers the Internet’s largest selection of kosher gifts for every Jewish occasion including Jewish holidays, Shiva and more.
While our dearly held Jewish traditions remain our foundation, Challah Connection has greatly expanded this circle of traditions. The world is our only limit as we search for new, delicious kosher food to bring to you from the cuisines of India, the Mediterranean, Arabic countries, the Far East and Spain and Latin America.
Whether you call a dumpling dim sum, or kreplach or pierogies and whether you are Jewish, Christian, Muslim or other,
we come together with family and friends over food.

● QUALITY: The quality of our products is unmatched. Other companies use prepackaged, off-the-shelf items in their baskets and gifts. We use fresh, moist, delicious baked goods made from the finest ingredients. This quality is not inexpensive but when you taste our items or hear the "thanks" from your gift recipients, you'll know why it's well worth it. We offer great value for the quality we deliver.
● PACKAGING: Every order is custom prepared the same day it's shipped so every item and component in our baskets and combo gifts is as fresh as it can possibly be. Gifts are beautifully adorned with
colorful raffia and our adorable challah truck logo. We then carefully package each product for safe shipping.
● SERVICE: My invaluable colleague Sherry Jonas, Director of Customer Service has put the highest level of customer service in action by truly making friends with every customer that comes her way, whether across the web or phone lines. We are always happy to advise on product selection, gift card text, social etiquette questions or Jewish holiday customs. Thanks to Sherry, we are never short on compliments!
