 Detailed Description
A truly elegant gift that will be appreciated for it's naturally sweet flavor, healthful benefits and dramatic presentation. Made of 100% pomegranate juice from Israel's Galilee, it is aged for ten months in French oak barrels to give the wine depth, roundness and a lovely taste that includes a "note" of chocolate. Wonderful alone or paired with desserts, dark chocolate and soft, ripe cheese. Serve chilled at about 55-62° F.

Winner of Kosherfest's 2007 Wine of the Year Competition. Excellent gift for Valentine's Day, Purim and Passover. Available online only at Challah Connection. Kosher, Kosher for Passover. Must be 21 or older to purchase.

The Rimontini
Ingredients:
2 oz. Rimon 100% Pomegranate Wine
1 1/2 oz. vodka
1 1/2 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. sour mix, or 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime
1/2 oz. simple syrup (equal parts sugar and cold water dissolved together)
Fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish
Ice cubes

Directions:
1. Assemble all ingredients in bar or mixing glass. Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
2. Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds.
3. Enjoy!
