Also called Seven Layer cookies, these gems are the real deal: stacked almond cakes in a signature color of yellow, pink and green with apricot filling and a layer of chocolate on top. Moist and chewy with the distinct marzipan flavor. Made by Schicks, kosher for Passover and gluten free.
