Favorite Jewish Recipes
Here at Challah Connection, we love to eat good food which means we also love to cook. When it's Jewish holiday time, there is nothing more fun then pulling out all of our favorite cookbooks and family recipes to come up with a great holiday menu. Personally, while I like the tradition of certain dishes such as brisket and potato kugel, I also like to cook up some interesting surprises such as a terrific Middle Eastern or Sephardic version of a dish. I love introducing my family to new flavors and traditions especially at the holiday table.
Whether you are searching for new or traditional Jewish recipes for the Jewish Holidays, including Rosh Hashana, Hanukkah, Purim, Passover and Shavuout or you just feel like some good old "Jewish" food, I hope you enjoy these recipes and that they help you master the art of Jewish cooking to the delight of your family, friends--and yourself!
We are always interested in your favorite recipes, so please email them to me.
