Beautifully packaged in a handsome robins-egg blue box are 32 handmade caramels that are truly something special. One corner of each caramel is dipped chocolate (alternating dark and milk). Made in Utah by V Chocolates from the finest butter, sugar and Belgian chocolate. Kosher, dairy.
